Johnisha Knight

Johnisha “Jaye” Knight, from Washington, D.C., is an artist deeply passionate about all forms of creative expression. Joining the Pivot Program to gain knowledge about business and entrepreneurship, Knight is eager to participate in the internship and pitch competition. She aspires to acquire the skills needed to run a successful LLC or enterprise that uses art to help youth in the community address trauma in unique and meaningful ways. Currently, Knight is digitizing several books written during their incarceration, showcasing their commitment to storytelling and growth. Fluent in Spanish, Knight enjoys exploring ways to enhance her knowledge.
