Celeste Santifer is a human resources and organizational leadership professional from Denver, Colorado, who has devoted her to fostering inclusion, growth, and empowerment. Her experience leading culture transformation initiatives and developing leadership programs has reinforced her belief that true leadership is rooted in service, impact, and helping others reach their potential.

Before joining the Georgetown University Pivot Program, Santifer served as a chief people officer, guiding organizations through workforce engagement, talent management, and leadership development. Over the years, she has also focused on mentoring and advocacy, helping individuals gain confidence, discover their strengths, and build sustainable career paths. These experiences inspired her to pursue new opportunities to align her work with social impact and community-driven outcomes.

Through Pivot, Santifer aims to strengthen her understanding of business operations. She is committed to applying these insights to support inclusion, long-term success, and meaningful second-chance opportunities for others.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Santifer is an avid international traveler, a long-time cello player, and an active volunteer in faith-based community programs. She finds joy in celebrating small victories, believing that each success—big or small—builds confidence, connection, and lasting impact.
