Earnest Hanible is a community-focused professional and aspiring social entrepreneur from Washington, D.C. He has built his career in diverse industries, drawing on each role to strengthen his ability to serve others and navigate complex challenges.
Before joining the Georgetown University Pivot Program, Hanible advanced from porter to account manager of a $1.3 million cleaning contract within a year, demonstrating his leadership and capacity to manage high-stakes operations. He has also pursued certifications in addiction prevention and clinical skills, including training in screening, brief intervention, and treatment referral, underscoring his commitment to empowering others.
At Pivot, Hanible is focused on developing a deeper understanding of business management, entrepreneurship, and strategic communication. He is preparing to run small businesses effectively while creating opportunities that benefit his community.
Hanible is committed to continuous personal growth and aspires to become a visible community leader through his social enterprise, Lifestyle Evangelism. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, exercising, reading, volunteering, and sharing his creativity as a songwriter and singer, using music to communicate and connect with others.
