Justin Moore, born and raised in Washington, D.C., has a diverse professional background that spans administrative work, nonprofit management, retail, and entrepreneurship. He has managed two nonprofit associations, a high-end furniture store, and a home staging company, in addition to owning a small home staging and interior design business. These experiences have helped him develop strong administrative, project management, and creative skills, as well as expertise in accounting, coding, graphic design, and interior design.

Before joining the Georgetown University Pivot Program, Moore gained valuable insights into business operations and leadership through his management roles. He is proud of owning his own business, which laid the foundation for his confidence and professional aspirations.

At Pivot, Moore hopes to leverage the program to pursue a career in project management or creative work within a design firm, building on his experience in interior design and business management.

Outside of work, Moore enjoys sailing, skiing, baking, and exploring furniture and interior design. He also values time with family and friends and is known for his dry wit and sense of humor.
