Tevin Richardson is a dedicated professional from Northeast Washington, D.C., with experience in the retail industry. He brings strong cognitive and interpersonal skills, thriving in diverse environments and collaborating effectively with individuals from varying backgrounds.

Richardson has completed 98 credits toward his bachelor’s degree in sociology and is pursuing a minor in human services. His educational journey and personal experiences inspire his goal of becoming a reentry coordinator, helping individuals returning from incarceration access resources that build strong foundations and reduce recidivism.

Through the Pivot Program, Richardson is developing technology, financial literacy, and business skills, while gaining professional mentorship and networking opportunities. He aims to apply these skills to support marginalized communities and strengthen his capacity to lead with purpose.

Outside of work, Richardson enjoys spending time with his children and significant other, listening to music, and embracing life beyond incarceration. He is honored to participate in the Pivot Program and is committed to maximizing the opportunity for personal and professional growth.
